Mini Cumberland sausages
100g runny honey
80g grain mustard
4g toasted sesame seeds

Method

Sauté off the sausages in a medium hot pan with oil until lightly coloured. Add the honey, mustard, toasted sesame seeds and finish in the oven, adding the rosemary & black pepper.
